Who we are
Home Gym Journal ("we", "us") runs homegymjournal.com. You can reach us at[email protected] or 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum:
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
- Technical request data. Like any website, our hosting server and our network provider, Cloudflare, process your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Newsletter sign-ups. The sign-up form does not send or store your email address yet. Before it does, we will update this policy to name the email provider we use.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Stored on your device
Our search remembers a few things in your browser's local storage to make suggestions more useful. This data stays on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else.

Select Clear history in the search panel to delete it, or clear your browser's site data.
Cookies
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. When you click an affiliate link and leave our site, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To deliver the website and keep it secure.
- To reply to messages and act on correction or privacy requests.
- To fix errors and understand technical problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only to run the site:
- Cloudflare, for DNS, security and content delivery.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server the site is served from.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer them and keep a record of corrections. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email[email protected] and we will respond as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Home Gym Journal is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
